BUDDY CAMP

Buddy Camp introduces first-time campers (rising K-3rd grades) to the wonderful world of Christian camp! The Buddy camper attends with their older, "Buddy" (parent, grandparent, older sibling, etc.). They share in the camp experience by participating in all of the exciting camp activities together - from zip-lining, craft-making, worshiping, playing putt-putt, and swimming, to learning about Jesus around the campfire under a canopy of trees and stars! Each Buddy Camp is sure to be a unique, fun, and memorable experience that will plant a seed of love for Christ AND camp in your child! We offer two one-night Buddy Camps, and the cost covers both the camper and the Buddy.

BEGINNER CAMP

Beginner Camp gives campers a brief, but jam-packed taste of what camp-life is all about at NGCC! Campers stay for two nights, without parental accompaniment, and really get a chance to make friends and participate in exciting activities (giant swing, campfires, swimming, worship, etc.), all while learning about Jesus! This is a great opportunity for parents to let their children test the waters of camp without making a week-long commitment. We know your child will have so much fun that they'll want to come back for years to come! This camp is for campers entering 2nd-4th grades.

MIDDLER CAMP

Middler Camp is our first full-week camp (Sunday-Thursday). Given more time, Middler campers have more opportunities to experience God through His creation and the relationships the camper will be able to make with the camp staff, cabin-moms, cabin dads, and their peers. These campers get to see all that North Georgia Christian Camp has to offer - from the climbing wall and zip-lining to canoeing, and from talent shows and skit nights to campfires under the stars. Middler Camp is for campers entering 3rd-5th grades.

TEENER CAMP

Teener Camp is a Sunday - Thursday camp for students entering 6th-8th grades. The goal of this program is to allow students to feel like the young adults they are so that they can begin to make their faith their own. With engaging Bible-based teaching and worship, "quiet" time (individual time of Bible study), and group discussions about life and faith, Teener Camp challenges students to grow in their understanding of who God is and how much He loves people! Of course, all of the camp-classic games and activities (zip-line, swing, capture the flag, staff hunt, etc.) are offered and play a huge part in creating an unforgettable week for these awesome campers!

SENIOR CAMP

Senior Camp is a Sunday - Friday camp for students who are entering 9th-12 grades (we also allow Seniors who will have just graduated to attend). Senior campers are encouraged to take their faith seriously, to be an example in their schools and churches, and to grow in their faith to prepare for life after high school. From sunup to well past sundown, Senior Camp is a week filled with unique experiences and opportunities working in tandem to create a fun, exciting environment where campers can learn and see firsthand what it means to live and love like Jesus. Campers experience all of the fun games and activities NGCC has to offer while creating friendships and memories that will last a lifetime.

MUSICAL THEATER CAMP

Musical Theater Camp is for Rising 6th graders - Seniors who have just graduated high school, and this year, the students will learn and perform the musical production of Sound of Music: Youth Edition. Campers will be separated into groups by age, and in their groups they will be challenged to grow in their knowledge and abilities of the musical and dramatic arts as they learn, rehearse, and perform the show at the end of the week for a room filled with excited campers and families! If you sing, act, or both, this camp is perfect for you! While campers will still get to take part in all of the camp activities like zip-lining, swimming, and campfire, much of their time will be spent working on the production. Of course, through it all, campers will be challenged to use their gifts for God through times of devotion, teaching, prayer, and worship.

ADVENTURE CAMP

Adventure Camp is for students entering 8th - 12th grades (seniors who will have just graduated may also attend). This camp is all about experiencing God's creation in nature. Campers sleep in platform tents in the woods below the pond (or in Enos hanging from trees) and are challenged to see and experience the amazing, big, beautiful world God has made. Adventure Camps participate in camp activities on campus (zip-line, team building on the low ropes course, fishing, etc.), but spend most of the day (and some nights) away from the camp while kayaking, rock climbing, hiking, and rafting. There is a limit of 12 campers and an additional waiver must be signed to participate in this camp. There are 3 Adventure Camp offerings this summer.

COOKING CAMP

Cooking Camp will introduce rising 5th-9th graders to the wonderful (and tasty) world of cooking! Students will be challenged to learn basic cooking and kitchen/food safety skills, learn recipes, and have the time of their lives while participating in individual and team cooking challenges! Students will also help cook for one of our traditional camps as a way to experience serving the Kingdom through the gift of food! While much of this camp will focus on cooking, campers will also participate in other camp activities and, of course, the entire program will be centered on Jesus and His saving, Gospel message through times of prayer, teaching, Bible study, and worship.

SPORTS CAMP

Sports Camp is for rising 4th-6th graders. This exciting, 3-night camp will emphasize sports and friendly competition. Campers will participate in practices, games, and tournaments — learning to become a better athlete, teammate, and most importantly — to be challenged to understand that sportsmanship is a virtue that mirrors the respect and love that Jesus teaches. Campers will participate in all of the other camp activities that NGCC has to offer and will also, of course, include times of worship, campfires, teaching, and group discussions.
